Integrated Marketing in the Retail Environment

Client: An Post


Project: 
Supply and roll out of an integrated marketing comms solution across 50 post offices nationwide.


Objective: 
An Post required Custodian to supply an integrated marketing comms solution across different touch points and channels. One part of our remit was to design internal POS furniture, graphics for print and digital display animations. The added service required was the installation of hardware in 50 post offices and the streaming of content to their network providing  “A complete solution”.


Approach: 
We carried out a detailed site survey of the post offices to identify the optimum use of available marketing space both internally and in the windows. A critical schedule and layout plan was agreed to ensure there was no disruption to business and all stores were rolled out efficiently after hours and within a 4 week time-frame.

The collateral that was produced included the following,

  • Digital and freestanding totem screens, in-store and in windows
  • Toblerone stands – with a tablet for customer engagement whilst queueing
  • Printed Collateral – supporting the campaign
  • Footfall Counter – to provide customer analytics

This was followed by the design and creation of all content and the distribution
of same.

There is an on-going project to manage the maintenance of all hardware
within stores.


Result: 
A fully integrated marketing service including digital, design, print and installation allowing for seamless communication of the An Post brand proposition across all available in-store touch-points.
